Ann Dale, 72, of Augusta, IA, died at 1:10 AM Monday, March 12, 2018, in Muscatine.
Born December 28, 1945, in Delta, IA, she was the daughter of Melvin Harrison and Letha Marie Harvey Sellers. On September 19, 1998, she married Jimmie Earl Dale in Wever, IA.
She worked as a Bank Teller for Farmer's Savings Bank in Wever for over forty years.
She graduated from Sigorney High School in Sigorney, IA.
She enjoyed gardening, attending flea markets, craft shows, cooking and spending time with her family. She was the Treasurer for the Augusta Community Center.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmie; two daughters, Theresa Wallace (Scott Calvelage) of Muscatine, IA, and Robin (Dan) Grelk of Donnellson, IA; one son, Pete (Kirsten) Dale of Wisconsin; seven grandchildren, Erinn, Logan, Alicia, Quenton, Derrik, Monica and Taylor and three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Samuel, and Carter; and brother, Jimmie Sellers of Colorado.
She is preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, Donald, Gene, Ray, Robert, Marvin, and Larry and three sisters, Mildred, Viola, and Dorothy.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, March 16, 2018 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home.
The funeral service for Ann will be 1:00 PM Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Rev. Dean Graber officiating. Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will be held at the Augusta Community Center following the burial.
A memorial has been established for the Augusta Community Center.
