Patsy Kay Hamilton, 78, of Burlington, died at 9:43 AM Friday, January 8, 2021, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born June 12, 1942, in Fairfield, IA, she was the daughter of Ova Burnett and Myrtle Paris Burnett-Anders. On October 29, 1961, she married Charles R. Varboncoeur in Fort Madison.
