Deloris Lou  Titus , 85, of West Burlington, went to be with her heavenly Father at 8:05 pm Saturday, May 27, 2017, at the Blair House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington.

Born August 27, 1931, in Davenport, IA, she was the daughter of Lloyd Alfred and Bernice Opal  Dipple. On April 29, 1951, she married Ronald Joseph  in St. Mark's Church in Davenport IA. He later passed on March 15, 2006

She was a homemaker for a large part of her life, and also worked floral design for Rainbow Flower Shop in Davenport.

Deloris was a member of Namekagon Congregational United Church of Christ in Earl, WI. After her husbands passing, she moved to West Burlington and attended the West Burlington Christian Church. She also belonged to the Homemakers Club, Lionesses Club and was the secretary for several years for the Golden Oldies. She loved to read, watch movies and Jeopardy, do crosswords puzzles, plant flowers and play games and cards. When it was the holiday season, she loved to shop and decorate for the holdiay seasons. Other times of the year, she enjoyed camping and fishing. Most of all, what made Deloris the happiest was spending time with her friends and family, to show that she loved them very much.

Survivors include two daughters, Denise (Gary) O'Connor of Burlington, Ardythe (Jon) Jorgensen of Bonita Springs, FL; four grandchildren, Erin (Mike), James (Christopher), Kevin (Mandy) and Caitlin (Kellen); four great-grandchildren, Kylie, Olivia, Stella, and Charlie; three brothers, Dale (Rosemary), Ronald (Lucille), and Gary (Dawn) Dipple; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, and husband, she is preceded in death by her brother Lloyd and three great-grandchildren, Cody, Averi and Isabella.

A memorial has been established for Great River Home Health and Hospice.

There will be no formal visitation or services. Interment will take place at Earl Cemetery in Earl, WI at a later date.
