I loved "Grandpa Cowan" more than words could ever express. The sweet way he would always touch my shoulder, smile at me, give me warm hugs/tender embraces, and call me "kid," will remain in my thoughts, memories, and my heart truly forever. He will be missed for the many talents/gifts that he brought to this world. I will never forget the yummy jams/jellies he made and all of his wonderful craft projects. The many rugs that adorn his grandson/my husband, Christopher, and my house will remain a constant reminder to us of his many wonderful gifts/talents. I will always love and remember "Grandpa Cowan" and he will remain in my heart truly forever.

I read once that "death is the end of a lifetime, not the end of a relationship." Don will continue to be with you in so many ways....in your memories of times with him and in the many ways he will continue to influence your life. There will be times when you'll wonder..."what would Don do?" or "what would Don want me to do?" Your relationship with Don will be different, of course, but you'll still have a deep relationship with him always. All my best, Brad
